1 month

At 1 month...
-Elsie is starting to be awake more. She is awake about 3-5 hours a day and starting to not sleep through her feedings.
-Starting to have longer periods between feedings at night. Went 4.5 hours.
-Still wears her newborn clothing and also some 0-3 month clothes.
-Has acid reflux. Spit up 5 times during one of her morning feedings. Sometimes is really hard to burp because of how cranky she gets fromthe reflux. Will start-stop eating.
-Makes a lot of grunting sounds and sounds like she is trying to poop. We try to help her with her gas by "farting her".
-Gets the hiccups all the time!
-Had her first blow out poop explosion on the couch.
-We are putting gel in her eyes for her blocked tear ducts. Without it, her eyes are completely crusted shut in the mornings. She also has big boogers come out of them.
-Looking around the room more when she is awake, to investigate things.
-Making longer eye contact with people.
-Is still held a lot by all of those who love her. :)
