Fall

I need to hurry up and blog before the moment passes again!  Today, 11/11/12, a lot of my thoughts are with my second baby.  I'm anxiously awaiting her arrival and have been spending a lot of time getting ready for her to join our family!  I just finished making her lullaby CD and am currently listening to it.  All of her room decorations have been made and last weekend Elsie's room was complete and she has been staying in there.  Yesterday I ordered some baby/postpartum/nursing gear that was needed.  Matthew has been making comments saying we should slow down on things or this baby is definately going to come early!  Well I will be through 36 weeks tomorrow and I am large!  Notice the picture, I was trying to tell Matthew to find a good angle. :)

Next up, Halloween!  Elsie was so cute and into it, eventhough she had just started her run of sickness between the cold/flu/ear infections.  She walked up to grandma and grandpa's door on her own.  We went a few more places in their neighborhood and a few in ours.  She knew the drill and knocked on the doors and picked her candy.  The rest of the night, she stayed in her giraffe costume and would run to the door with me every time more kids came. :)

About a month ago, we got some very exciting news.  There is going to be another baby on my side of the family!  Elsie gets a little cousin and I get a little neice/nephew from my little sister!  Angie and Paul were over one night and announced it.  I was completely shocked which made the news all that much more fun.  We took a few pics one day to help make the announcement!

On 10/27/11, Matthew and I had our 5 year wedding anniversary!  It did seem to come up quickly but a lot has happened in the last 5 years!  In 5 years, we took our love for each other, made it grow, and now it continues to grow into this growing family!  This is a pic from before we left on our date, ignore the fact that my face is currently chubbier than his.  (I have been enjoying this pregnancy with chocolate/candy.)

Over MEA, Elsie and I got to spend some fun time together.  On Thursday we hung around the house and she helped me take some 32 weeks prego shots of myself.  She is my cute little buddy!  On Friday, She and I went to the pumpkin patch with Angie.  It was wet and cruddy but Elsie had fun despite that.  She loved running around the pumpkins!

FInally, the pics that marked the beginning of fall.  This is a picture of Elsie and I on the first day of school!

Next time I post there will probably be a little baby in the pics!!  Can't wait!
