Laina 7 months

That month went by quickly! We've been enjoying a more relaxing pace of life now that it's summertime....so I am sure the next 2 months will fly by as well!

My girl is such a happy, easygoing baby. I just love it! She giggles and talks to me with little squeals.

Both of these two woke up from naps a little fussy. I put Cora in the crib with Laina, that cheered Cora up but made Lainey fussier.

So little stinker Alaina still does not roll over. I've now seen her roll from her tummy on one occasion, the night before we went to her 6 month appointment. She has also gone from back to tummy a few times. I still make sure she gets tummy time a few times a day and she will pivot and move around but she does not roll! We'll see, maybe she will just skip that stage of development.....unlike her sisters who loved rolling everywhere.
A typical schedule for Alaina lately is to get up once a night to eat (generally between 4:00-5:30) and then go back to sleep and wake up for the day between 7-8. She takes 3 naps a day and nurses 4 times a day. I've been squeezing in a feeding of solid food sometime during the afternoon or evening. I'm starting to add some in the morning too. She doesn't love solids and they also make her spit up more after she eats. I usually only feed her a couple ounces of puree.
She is definately into exploring things and putting toys and items into her mouth. She will try to grab anything that is near her and often tries to steal things from my hands.
She is proving to be the most easygoing of the three babies (so far) which is good because she has to deal with these crazy sisters....
